MARKETING MANAGER
Changing Tides Movement
Responsible for the strategy, development and growth of membership and member programs, webinars, and the annual conference. Worked with the founder to launch the organization.
Co-developed the brand, custom curriculum creation, owned the website build, and managed launch-to-market.
Grew the community from day one into a highly engaged group of thousands of women founders, angel investors, VCs, and allies around the world.

Member & Community Programs
I owned membership programs, founder happy hours, educational webinars, co-working sessions, Circles meetings, and summits.
I also worked closely with the organization’s founder to develop the custom curriculum used in educational programs and workshops, and led the migration to a new cloud-based membership platform to support expansion of member programs.
Wave Tour Global Conference
My biggest challenge and success was the Wave Tour 2020, where I led event logistics, marketing and promotions, ticketing, development of the event website, and the management of speakers and keynotes including Arlan Hamilton and Christina Stembel. This event was pivoted into a fully virtual and highly interactive event with three concurrent session tracks, 35+ speakers, and hundreds of attendees from around the world. Attendees, speakers, and sponsors raved about the quality, ease, and engagement of the event and the platform.

Shop & Board Game
Led the build and launch of the online store and development of custom-branded merchandise. Collaborated closely with a graphic designer to create and manufacture Changing Tides: A Game for Female Entrepreneurs. This board game is a resource for womxn founders, VCs, angel investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners to use their efforts to improve and encourage networking between female thought leaders.
